Journal writing workshops    

Colleen teaches the practice of journal writing as an avenue of awareness; a powerful tool for healing, personal insight and spiritual development.  Learn how to: reduce stress, increase awareness, gain clarity, cultivate an inner life, quiet your mind, and find resources and wisdom within. 

In addition to scheduled classes and workshops (see Calendar), Colleen will customize a program to meet the specific interests and needs of your group.  Some suggested formats include:

  • 30 minute address
  • 2 – 3  hour workshop
  • Half-day workshop (4 hours)
  • Full-day workshop (6 hours)
  • Weekend retreat (2 or 3 days)
  • 4 – 6 week class (2.5 hours once a week)

 
Participants are introduced to journal writing tools and given the opportunity to practice each technique.  Colleen’s gentle style, and the safety of your personal journal, allow for the exploration of your beliefs, fears, deepest desires, relationships, spirituality, dreams, and most personal and important questions.
